The Plans Of Mortal Man

". . . Unless the Lord guards the city, the

watchman stays awake in vain."

(Psalm 27:1 NKJV)

"Do not put your trust in princes, nor in a son of a man, in whom there is no help. His spirit departs, he returns to his earth; in that very day his plans perish. Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God, who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them; who keeps truth forever." (Psalm 146:4-6 NKJV)

No body is as dependable as our God. At best, a man can only make plans in hopes that he can carry them out before he dies. Our God has all power, never dies, never changes, and never sleeps or slumbers.

Our God Jehovah is bigger than the president, bigger than congress, bigger than the supreme court, bigger than all liberals or conservatives, bigger than Putin or any other bomb-happy leader that thinks beyond their ability to act wisely.
